Noreen Mavro Flanders, County Treasurer, distributed a report of FY98 budget line item adjustments to the Advisory Board members.  She noted that a transfer request in the amount of $15,755.99 from Misc Income to County Share of FAA Grant is a reimbursement to the Airport from MAC for runway painting; because this is not a revolving fund cannot be used to reimburse the line without Advisory Board approval.
Mrs. Flanders also distributed copies of the 07/01/97 COLA calculation at three percent.

Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 12:12 p.m.

Mrs. Flanders reviewed with the Advisory Board the various adjustments to the FY98 budget; amounts being requested to be transferred to and from the various line items in each department.

Mr. Early inquired as to the amount of $9,000 being transferred into Misc Contractual (Airport).
Mrs. Flanders reported that this is associated with a contract with Doug Dias to remove debris; specifically, vehicles.

Mr. Morgan inquired as to whether Mrs. Flanders has received a notice from Cape Municipal Health Group regarding a two to three-percent increase in premiums for the coming year.
