Message from Oak Bluffs Water District:
Boil Order was terminated by MA DEP on Friday October 2, 2009 at 9:26am.
If you are sensitive to chlorine be cautious. Even though we have been cleared we have not cleared the chlorination phase of this order. The amounts of chlorination in the water will be lowering but there will still be a residual for a couple of days after we have been cleared to halt. We will put the word out when we are directed to stop chlorinating the system.
