Working Group Purpose:
Develop a comprehensive system of care for community-based mental health and substance abuse.  

Working Group Goals and Objectives:
1.  Compilation of available data
        a.  Identify what data is needed
        b.  Gather data from appropriate sources
        c.  Find someone to pull data together
        d.  Interpret data
2.  Establishment of Crisis Stabilization Unit
3.  Development of Comprehensive Communitybased Mental Health and Substance Abuse System of Care
        a.  Identify gaps
        b.  Prioritize and address gaps in service
