The center started complete programming of Level 4 and Level 3 offenders in November 2000. Since its inception, the center has had twenty-two (22) participants referred to the program. Four (4) have been accepted as Level IV offenders. Eighteen (18) have been accepted as Level III offenders. Three (3) participants graduated from Level IV status. Five (5) participants graduated from Level III status.
