Recovery – Continuity of Care - IT TAKES TIME TO HEAL!
Sober Residences –long term living - provides housing and safe and supportive living environment while in the early stages of recovery from alcohol or drug addiction. It is for patients who require a structured transition from inpatient rehabilitation care to independent living and who need support while renewing responsibilities to themselves, their their families and the community. Facilities are staffed by experienced managers who help residents develop recovery skills in a safe (substance-free) and positive environment. Integration with 12-step programs and participation in recovery socialization activities combined with the healing atmosphere help to create a solid foundation for lasting recovery. Usually paired with Outpatient treatment services like individual counseling and medication assisted treatment and In-house services like weekly recovery meetings, house meetings, live-in manager and randomized drug testing.
