Manager Welcomes New Assistant

County Manager E. Winn Davis welcomed Deborah Holtzer Potter as his new Executive Assistant today. Ms. Potter, a former Marine and Air Traffic Control Supervisor at the County Airport, has lived here since the early 1990's. Ms. Potter is married to Robert Potter and has twin 8 year old daughters.
