Volunteer Opportunities
We invite you to join the County team. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities.
These following volunteer positions will be advertised in January:
- Associate Commissioner for Disabled - 1-year appointment
and for representatives to the following boards:
- Dukes County Health Council - 2-year appointment
- Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission - 3-year appointment
- DCR Housing Authority- 3-year appointment
- 1 from Oak Bluffs
- associate member - tenant representative
- Cape Cod Municipal Health Group- 3-year appointment
- County Personnel Board - 3-year appointment
- Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative - 2-year appointment
Deadline for applications: January 26 (preferably to be received via e-mail to manager@dukescounty.org)
Interviews will take place at the Dukes County Commissioners meetings scheduled for February via zoom, alternatively you can call in.
